Registration Guideline

● One regular registration can cover a paper within 5-8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

● One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only one proceedings or journal.
● If you would like to register the conference and publish your paper as the reviewer, please send email to iceeaconf@yeah.net. (At least Ph.D holder above could apply)

● Delegate registration. You're  simply required to register here to iceeaconf@yeah.net before deadline (April 30, 2026).

● You are so welcomed to join the conference, but if you cannot attend due to some reasons, please inform this to iceeaconf@yeah.net.

● All refund applications need to sent via iceeaconf@yeah.net before February 28, 2026

● Refund on and before February 28, 2026 will be charged 30% of the registration fee.

● After March 1, 2026, refund request will be unacceptable.

● Refund procedure will take 15-30 days after submitting the application.
